The minimum time of training is 16 hours this is usually over a period of 4 days with a on road test (3B) on the 5th day.
About the course
This course involves driver training, encompassing on the road driving and the reversing manoeuvre with one of our instructors You will be always monitored and assessed by your instructor to help you achieve your aim to pass the tests ahead of you.
What will I be able to do after completing the course?
The Bus PCV Category D licence allow drivers who pass the PCV Category D Bus licence to drive any kind of bus or coach including single decker’s, double decker buses and also bendi buses.
How will I be assessed?
You’ll drive in different traffic conditions such as along a busy high street or on a dual carriageway, and be asked to perform several tasks, like making left & right turns in tight areas and braking safely. This allows your assessor to check both your physical and cognitive ability to drive safely.

You must have a British driving licence and be over 18 yrs of age.
