Depending on the course you are on it can be a maximum of 4 days or a minimum of 1 day. (Novice, Experience & Refresher or conversion)
About the course
What does forklift training entail? Novice courses cover everything you need to know about operating a forklift. Points range from practical operational skills to health and safety, general maintenance to theory examinations. A typical beginner's course usually starts with sessions on safety and regulations.
What will I be able to do after completing the course?
After successfully completing your forklift training, you'll receive a certification that verifies your competence as a forklift operator.
How will I be assessed?
During your training course, you will be required to complete three basic elements of testing; a theory, pre-use inspection and practical skills test. If you are successful in completing all of these tests, you will be issued a KHL Training pass certificate which is accredited by ITSSAR.
Entry requirements?
No driving licence is required for this course. You will need good English vocabulary for the written test.

Novice (5-days) (never used a forklift before) - £480 per person
Experienced (3-days) (used a forklift but not had a qualification or qualification has expired) - £330 per person
Refresher (1-day) (has an in-date qualification but need to renew it before it runs out) - £180 per person
Conversion (1-day) (has an in-date qualification and wants to convert to another forklift) - £150 per person
